Chicken palak recipe
Here's a satisfying way to get your health on. Made with spinach and a touch of dilweed adds a sweet touch    Half kg of chicken  One and half tsp coriander  One and half tsp cumin  Half large onion  12 ounces spinach  One tsp turmeric  One tsp red chili powder  One tablespoon ginger and garlic paste  Two tablespoons of olive oil  Two tablespoons dilweed  One tablespoon butter    Sauté onion in olive oil. Wait until they turn golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and spices. Add chicken. Fry the chicken with spices for five minutes then add the cooked spinach. Once chicken s cooked add dilweed and butter.
